The Brogota - Access and Benefit-Sharing Around the World: Brazilian Law in Contrast with International Regulations results from an exhaustive study that aims to identify and catalog access and benefit-sharing (ABS) regulations in 198 countries. This study, aimed at users of genetic resources, is based on the concerns and interests of the industry, as well as researchers, the public sector, and other stakeholders.
